The windscreen glass unit (3) has mounting arrangement (10,20,26) on one part (2) of the automobile. The mounting arrangement has a snap fitting part (20) for cooperating with complementary members (22) of the automobile. The mounting arrangement has a fitting member (10) for cooperating with complementary members (11) on the vehicle part (2) to create a first connection allowing the glass unit to pivot w.r.t the part of the vehicle about the first axis (A1) for ensuring the snap fitting part to cooperate with the complementary member of the vehicle.
