Fixing element (2) has a hole (3) and a flange (4). The pipe support (6) has hooks (7) engaging with the flange of the fixing element, a clamp (8) which can be fitted in the hole and bent arms (9) to support the pipe (1) itself. A rod (11) is placed across the hole (3) so that each arm of the clamp is engaged in a different hole. An Independent claim is also included for a fixing process.
