Two collars (16,17) are integral with the sleeve and can be blocked in rotation by sliding rod (19) engaging with the disk (13) when blocking pin (22) is forced within the rod's horizontal bore. Water cannon mounted on carriage is oscillating around the carriage's translation axis of an angle controlled via the position of the collars.
