Main lid for urban waste container, has access window which can be closed in watertight manner by tipping over lid

An access window, formed on the main lid (1) of an urban waste container, allows convenient dumping of waste into the container.A tipping over lid (8) is attached to one side of the rim (4) of the access window by a hinge shaft (10). The over lid closes the access window in a watertight manner. The main lid can turn to a full opening position at 270 degree angle.
