A temperature sensor comprises a strip unit comprising a plurality of U-shaped staples, each of which has two feet and is made of a shape memory alloy having a first shape at over its critical temperature and an auxiliary second shape at below the critical temperature. The invention provides a temperature sensor using a shape memory alloy, which is easily attached to a product to be stored at a lower temperature and enables simple judgment of whether the product is damaged due to the exposure to over a critical temperature, for example during storage. The temperature sensor is fixed on a container of products or goods by stapler to have a second shape under critical temperature and a first shape when exposed, even temporarily, to temperatures above critical temperature of the shape memory alloy, thereby to indicate a damage of the product. <IMAGE> |
