<p>The regulating valve has a base section with a yielding membrane tensioned at its circumference, having a pressure side and an opposing return flow side. A valve seat face is located in the centre of the membrane, operating in conjunction with a valve closure element. The membrane (40) is able to disconnect at its centre relative to the valve seat (44), and fuel is able to flow from the pressure side in the direction of the return flow side (47), over the valve seat surface with the closure element raised and through the membrane.</p> |
