METHOD FOR FORMING PORCELAIN ENAMEL LAYER ON INNER SURFACE OF HOT WATER SUPPLY TANK FOR HOT WATER BOILER

PURPOSE: A method for forming a porcelain enamel layer on the inner surface of hot water supply tank for hot water boiler is provided to extend the service life time of the hot water supply tank by forming the porcelain enamel layer having uniformed thickness and fine structure on the inner surface of the hot water supply tank. CONSTITUTION: The method for forming a porcelain enamel layer on the inner surface of hot water supply tank for hot water boiler comprises machining process of cutting and machining a steel sheet to a certain shape; welding process of forming a tank by welding the machined steel sheet; shot and sand blasting process of exfoliating impurities on the inner surface of the tank by strongly projecting a plurality of metallic particles or sand onto the inner surface of the tank; impurity removing process of removing the exfoliated various impurities from the inside of the tank; porcelain enamel solution injecting process of injecting a porcelain enamel solution into the impurity removed tank; coating process of uniformly coating the porcelain enamel solution on the inner surface of the tank by simultaneously seesaw moving the tank side to side as axially rotating the tank mounted on the rotary machine after mounting the tank containing the porcelain enamel solution on a rotary machine; discharging process of discharging the porcelain enamel solution injected into the tank to the outside; pressing process of elaborating structure of the porcelain enamel solution coated on the inner part of the tank by rotating the porcelain enamel solution discharged tank at a low speed; and baking process of hot blast drying and baking the tank the inner surface of which is formed in the fine structure.
