PURPOSE: A device for transmitting data is provided to cope easily with an increase of data volume. CONSTITUTION: In a data transmitting device for reading data stored in the first memory(20) and enclosing the data in the second memory(28), the first counter(24) responds to a data valid signal being supplied to a reset terminal, calculates a transmission clock signal activated and being supplied to a clock terminal, and supplies the calculated value to a read address of the first memory(20). The first latch(22) responds to the transmission clock signal being supplied to a clock terminal, and latches data read in the first memory(20). A data bus(26) is mounted between the first latch(22) and the second memory(28), and supplies data latched by the first latch(22) to the second memory(28). The second counter(30) responds to a data valid signal being supplied to a reset terminal, calculates a transmission clock signal activated and being supplied to a clock terminal, and supplies the calculated value to a write address of the second memory(28). A control unit(30) generates a data valid signal which displays a transmission start or termination of data, supplies the signal to the reset terminals of the first counter(24) and the second counter(30), generates a transmission clock signal for instructing a data transmission, and supplies the transmission clock signal to the clock terminals of the second counter(30) and the first latch(22).
