<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid transfer/injection instrument capable of simply performing the transfer/injection operation of a medicinal liquid, not contaminating the interior of a vial at transfer/injection operation and generating no liquid dripping. SOLUTION: The liquid transfer/injection instrument includes a cylindrical vial mounting part 1, a fluid passage on-off means 2, a puncture needle 3 and a tubular tip mounting part 4. The vial mounting part 1 has a top surface 11 and a skirt 12, and the puncture needle 3 and the tip mounting part 4 are provided coaxially on the opposite sides of the top surface 11 of the vial mounting part 1. The fluid passage on-off means 2 is provided between the puncture needle 3 and the tip mounting part 4. The puncture needle 3 has a liquid passage 31 and an air passage 32 and, when the fluid passage on-off means 2 is opened, the liquid passage 31 communicates with the lumen 41 of the tip mounting part 4 and the air passage 32 is opened to the open air.</p> |
