PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass panel which is capable of developing high thermal insulatability by a comparatively high pressure of spacing part while taking the advantage of the thermal insulatability by pressure reduction. SOLUTION: Two or more sheets of sheet glass of 10 to 10,000 Pa in the pressure in spacing parts are spatially installed at prescribed intervals and the peripheral parts thereof are sealed by a sealing material consisting mainly of an organic high polymer. Sheets having patterns of projecting or recessed parts or ruggedness or the like over the entire part of one or both surfaces are laminated into the spacing parts of the glass panel at the thickness equal to or smaller than the spacing parts.
