PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent loading failure. SOLUTION: A paper sheet 4 clamped by a clamp claw device provided in a paper feed chain 3 is carried with the traveling of the paper feed chain 3, and is released from its clamp and loaded in a carrier terminal part. A plurality of fans 9 blowing air for forcedly pushing down the falling paper sheet are provided in the upper part of a paper stack mount. Dispersion suppressing means 10 suppressing the dispersion of the blown-out air are provided in the bottom end of the fans 9.
