PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge structure capable of holding one member in a desired rotating state with respect to an other member, and to provide a container using the hinge structure for attaching a lid body. SOLUTION: This hinge structure rotatably connects the one member u and the other member n. It is characterized in that it is provided with a first cam body 1 fixed to the one member u and formed with a cam face alternately provided per predetermined angle with protruding parts 16 with flat upper faces and recessed parts 15 on a flat surface 14, a second cam body 2 slidably provided on the other member h and formed with a cam face alternately provided per predetermined angle with protruding parts 26 with flat upper faces and recessed parts 25 for abutting to the cam face of the first cam body 1 on a flat surface 24 in a sliding direction, and an energizing means 3 energizing the second cam body 2 to a first cam body 1 side.
