PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a defect such as increasing weight of a ring lock for a bicycle having a circular arc-shaped lock body formed in a cylindrical shape over the total length by having opening parts on both ends. SOLUTION: This ring lock for the bicycle houses a lock rod 4 and a towing spring 5 in a cover case by integrally joining the cover case to a base member by opposing the case cover 3 having one opening part 7 in the circular arc- shaped base member 2 and being formed in a circular arc shape by having the almost half length of the base member.
