PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet using a polyester resin and simultaneously developing surface hardness, scratch resistance, solvent resistance, bending processability or embossing processability and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A crystalline polyester resin layer 2 is provided on the surface of an amorphous polyester resin layer 1. These two layers are desirably transparent or translucent layers provided on a base material sheet 7 through a pattern layer 3. Embossing 4 can be applied to this decorative sheet from the surface of the crystalline polyester resin layer 2 and a topcoat layer 5 can be also applied to the surface of the crystalline polyester resin layer 2.
