PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit close communication with a person positioned in front even when the degree of freedom of arms is low. SOLUTION: The surfaces (fitting faces) of support members 20 and 22 respectively face obliquely frontward to the right and obliquely frontward to the left, and the base ends of a right arm 16 and a left arm 18 are fitted thereto. Both the right arm 16 and left arm 18 can be rotated around axes S1 and S4 connecting the base ends to the ground surface, but the rotating ranges of the respective arms 16 and 18 are regulated by the fitting faces. However, since the fitting face of the right arm 16 faces obliquely frontward to the right, the right arm 16 is rotated to the left from the front, and since the fitting face of the left arm 18 faces obliquely frontward to the left, the left arm 18 is rotated to the, right from the front.
