PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding manual sharp-edged tool with simple constitution, which enables a user to house/extract the acting part such as a blade part, etc., into/from a handle by small power with moderate feeling and, further, can be simply assembled as a whole. SOLUTION: This sharp-edged tool with moderate feeling is constituted of a rotary member 30 through which an axis 22 is inserted and which is integrated with the rear end of the acting part of the blade part 10, etc., halved handle members 21a, 21b with the axis 22, which wraps the rotary member 30 with the front end, a circular recess 24 or a projecting circular streak formed in the front end inside of at least one of the handle members 21a, 21b, a projecting circular streak 32 or a circular recess formed in the rotary member 30 side to be fit with the circular recess 24 or the projecting circular streak, an almost Q-shape spring housed in the projecting circular streak 32, to which the end parts are put in/out through a window formed in the projecting circular streak 32, and a recess 25 formed in the inside of the circular recess 24 to engaged with the end part projecting from the window of the spring 40.
