PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new polyacrylate-polyimide composite porous film. SOLUTION: The conjugate porous film having a specific porous structure consisting of an aromatic polyimide (a) and a polyacrylate (b). The aromatic polyimide (a) is mainly composed of a recurring unit expressed by formula (1) [wherein R1 is a tetravalent aromatic group; R2 is an aromatic group expressed by formula (1-a) (wherein B is a direct bond (single bond) or at least one kind selected from a group consisting of O, S, CO, SO2 and CH2)]. The polyacrylate (b) is mainly composed of a recurring unit expressed by formula (2) (wherein Ar1 is a 6-18C aromatic hydrocarbon; Ar2 is a 6-30C aromatic hydrocarbon or a group consisting of a combination of a 6-30C aromatic hydrocarbon and a 2-10C aliphatic hydrocarbon).
