SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a powdery polyurethane compound, comprising forming particles of (P2) a polyurethane compound containing 2-50 mass % (P1) hydrophilic compound comprising a reaction product of (A1) an isocyanato-containing compound comprising an alkoxypolyalkylene glycol and (a1) an isocyanate compound with a trifunctional polyol compound in water.
