PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a spindle into a link in a state that a torque arm is mounted on the link in a suspension link where the torque arm is mounted on an approximately U-shaped link oscillatably supported by the spindle, one of serration shaft parts of a torsion bar is inserted into a serration hole part of the torque arm, and the other serration shaft part of the torsion bar is mounted on a member on the car body side. SOLUTION: A projecting part 41a is formed by a heaping part of the pads of a peripheral edge of a recessed groove 41b formed along the circumferential direction on an inner peripheral face of the serration hole part 41 of the torque arm 4 by using a pressing jig, and an end of the serration shaft part 51 of the torsion bar 5 inserted into the serration hole part 41 is locked by the projecting part 41a, whereby the spindle 2 can be assembled into the link 1 from the inside of the serration hole part 41 of the torque arm 4 in a state that the torque arm 4 is mounted on the link 1.
