PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifying device in which the flow rate accuracy of a delivered liquid by a tube pump can be improved to reduce the burden of an operator and reduce the size, weight and the production cost of the entire device, by optimally controlling the blood purifying device while giving consideration to the characteristics of a rotation-type tube employed for the blood purifying device. SOLUTION: In order to control the rotation-type tube pump used as a separation pump 6, a relational expression is used, which defines the discharge quantity T per one rotation of the tube pump as a function T (Q, P) of a target flow rate Q and an inlet pressure P.
