PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the inhabitation state of flying pests to be economically confirmed in good efficiency by improving the number of the flying pests caught within a prescribed time. SOLUTION: This tool for confirming the inhabitation of the flying pests is constituted of a plate 2 in a thin plate-like shape, a light attractive member 4 arranged at least at one side surface 2a of the plate 2, and capable of emitting a light in a degree capable of attracting the flying pests without a power source, and a sticky part 3 arranged at least at one side surface 2b of the plate 2, and catching the flying pests attracted by the light attractive member 4, and can improve the rate for attracting the flying pests in the site such as a dark site by utilizing the light emitted from the light attractive member 4.
