PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer laminate which meets required properties such as surface flawlessness, optical isotropy, super-gas barrier properties, strong wear resistance, superb conductivity and the like and can be manufactured at a low cost and without qualitative variability as well as a manufacturing method for the multi-layer laminate. SOLUTION: This multi-layer laminate is formed of a plurality of layers which show a coefficient of thermal expansionα2 lower than the coefficient of thermal expansionα1 of an organic resin A layer, laminated on the organic resin A layer in such a way that the value of the coefficient of thermal expansionα2 becomes gradually lower in proportion to a distance becoming farther from the A layer. In addition, a B layer which is formed of a non-compatible polymer with the resin A and shows a coefficient of thermal expansionα2 lower than the coefficient of thermal expansionα1 of the A layer, is melted and laminated on both faces of the A layer with the coefficient of thermal expansionα1. Further, the laminate constituted of layers such as the B layer/the A layer/the B layer is extruded from a mouthpiece and the extrusions are solidified by cooling as the method for manufacturing the multi-layer laminate.
