PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling bag 1 wherein even if a large number of the bags are stacked, they don't become bulky, and a certain amount of contents can be stored, while a proper amount of contents can be delivered. SOLUTION: The refilling bag 1 comprises a bag 1 having at its upper end a pour part 2 and the pour part 2 protrudes from a main body of the bag. Any one of sides 14 excluding a protruding forward end 8 is formed by joining a rectangular plastic film piece 4 folded into a V shape to the plastic films 6 on the front and rear sides of the bag 1 constituting the main body of the bag at the edge 5 of the upper part of the main body of the bag, and further a charge port 3 is provided at the upper part of the main body.
