PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a vinyl-based polymer containing terminal functional groups suitable for a wide range of uses such as an adhesive, a sealing agent, an elastic adhesive, a coating, a film, a thermoplastic elastomer, a vibration- damping material, various kinds of molding materials, a compatibilizer, a resin improver, etc., since properties such as elongation, tensile strength, etc., are improved and durability of heat resistance, water resistance, etc., is provided in a good balance by network formation by a chain extension through the reaction of mutual functional groups due to having different functional groups at both terminal ends of the molecule and a curable composition comprising the vinyl-based polymer containing the functional groups at the terminal ends. SOLUTION: This terminal functional group-containing vinyl-based polymer contains the functional group X at one end and the functional group Y different from the functional group X at the other end.
