PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article packaging and a method for producing a fermentable article, which can perform the smooth filling and packaging of a fermentable article into a packaging made of a plastic film before fermentation and which can suitably ferment the article of contents after the filling and packaging of the same. SOLUTION: An article b is primarily processed and, after mixing a ferment fungus with the article b thus primarily processed, the article packaging A is filled with the article b and packages it. After packaging, the article packaging A is refrigerated and stored. When delivered, the article b in the article packaging A is defrosted and, according to this defrosting, the fermentation of the article b in the article packaging A is promoted by the contact of the article b with the external air entering through air vent zones 6a in non-heat- sealed parts 6 provided at a heat-sealed portion 2 of the article packaging A. |
