PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective method for cloning a large sized DNA, especially a genomic DNA of a mammal or a plant into a genomic vector of Bacillus bacterium or a highly thermophilic bacterium. SOLUTION: A method for linking a first insertion DNA and a second insertion DNA by transforming the second genome of a Bacillus bacterium or a highly thermophilic bacterium containing the second insertion DNA into a Bacillus bacterium or a highly thermophilic bacterium holding the first genome of the bacillus bacterium or a highly thermophilic bacterium containing the first insertion DNA, and performing recombination between the first genome and the second genome. |
