PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable attaching and detaching system for attaching and detaching material and a baby stroller, which enables the attaching and detaching material like a protecting frame to be easily attached and detached with one hand. SOLUTION: The system has a protruding retaining part 10 with a hollow part 103 extending vertically, an attaching and detaching material (protecting frame) 20 provided with a prop part 27 inserted into the hollow part 103, a locking system 300 which stops ascending of the prop part 27 inserted into the hollow part 103 as well as releases the stopping, and a driving system 200 which not only moves the prop part 27 upward, fixed with the locking system 300, but also ascends the prop part 27 with a fixed stroke when the locking system 300 is released. With the locking system being cancelled, the prop part 27 can support itself retained by the hollow part 103.
