PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film structure which is capable of well following the movement of an object to be coated and hard to be cracked, has a high adhesion strength to an inorganic type base of a construction and the like, improves the durability of a constructed building, and provides a high grade design. SOLUTION: The coating structure has a layered structure of a coating layer formed using a slightly elastic coating material containing an inorganic binder and a coating layer formed using a coating containing a coloring aggregate in this order form the surface side of the object to be coated and the slightly elastic coating material containing the inorganic binder has a water- proofness. Further, the inorganic binder is a cement. The formation method for the coating structure comprises forming the coating material layer in the surface side of the object using the slightly elastic coating material containing the inorganic binder, and then forming the coating layer using the coating containing the coloring aggregate.
