PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve yield by uniforming the material quality in the longitudinal directing after cooling and also stabilizing the control of coiling temperature. SOLUTION: In accordance with the difference of cooling rate after coiling to the longitudinal direction of a coil, the target value in the control of the coiling temperature is consecutively changed in the longitudinal direction of the coil.
