PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage drying process machine which ensures enhanced operating reliability by cutting power consumption and extending the life of a catalyst heating means. SOLUTION: This garbage drying process machine has a control device 25 which changes the operating time and/or the suspension time of a stirring means 6 when the minimum output duration of a heating means 10 is longer than specified. Thus it is possible to reduce the power consumption when the drying process is closer to its completion.
