PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for applying an ointment with which an ointment maybe easily applied to the lesion site such as the back to which it is difficult to apply. SOLUTION: The ointment can be applied by oneself to the lesion site where a hand does not directly reach by applying the drug to the distal end of a cylindrical tool which can be fixed at a free angle.
