PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit an entrance to a room by generating an alarm or locking a door against a person tending to enter the room when a concentration of an ozone in a predetermined space is a predetermined value or more. SOLUTION: The ozone generated from an ozonizer is introduced together with air into the predetermined space 12a through a supply tube 36 by a supply means 13. A first ozone eraser 41 for decomposing the ozone is provided in the tube, and a bypass tube 43 for bypassing the eraser is connected. The air containing the ozone is switched by a switching valve 44 so as to be introduced to the eraser or the bypass tube. A second ozone eraser 42 for decomposing the one is provided in an exhaust means 14 for exhausting the air or the air containing the ozone in the space. The switching valve is switched to introduce the air containing the ozone to the bypass tube when the space is sterilized or to introduce the air containing the ozone to the first ozone eraser when the space is not sterilized.
