SOLUTION: The objective nutrient controlling food is prepared by mixing unpolished rice flour, buckwheat flour, powder of Ayamurasaki (a variety of sweet potato), soybean flour, ground carrot with leaf, tangle powder, crushed muscovado, parched and ground black sesame, defatted milk powder, powder of dried small sardine, fermented bean paste, ground ginger, green tea powder and powder of ginkgo leaf, kneading the mixture together with water, cutting to plural sections and baking in a covered casserole. |
