PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rapidly, conveniently and highly sensitively detecting all the clarithromycin resistant pylori bacilli known at present and obtain a primer for the detection. SOLUTION: This method is characterized by carrying out a first method for amplifying nucleic acid by using gastric juice as a DNA template, practicing a second method for amplifying nucleic acid by using the amplified product as a template so as to make the amplified product emit fluoresce and carrying out fluorescent observation on the fluorescent color emitted by the amplified product.
