<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the vibration caused by an air cutting sound in the cutting of aerating air and the cutting resistance difference between an object to be treated and aerating air and to always hold the air jet orifice of an aeration discharge means to an opened state. SOLUTION: Since a rotary blade 28 does not cut air but flies air by centrifugal force to finely divide air, the generation of an air cutting sound at the time of the fine division of air is prevented. Since air is finely divided by the rotary blade 28 and the object to be treated is cut by a cutting blade 34, the vibration of the blades 28, 34 caused by the cutting resistance difference of the object and aerating air is prevented. Since the hole 52A of an air diffusion pipe 52 is brushed by a brush 58 while washing water is allowed to flow into the hole 52A, the clogging of the air jet orifices 52C of the air diffusion pipe 52 with the object can be certainly prevented and the air jet orifices 52c are always held to an opened state.</p> |
