PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretched film which has an elongation suitable for hand wrapping, is hardly broken when stretched, and has a sufficient stickiness. SOLUTION: This film comprises a linear low-density polyethylene (A) having a density higher than 910 kg/m3, a linear low-density polyethylene (B) having a density of 910 kg/m3 or lower, a high-pressure polyethylene (C), and a component (D) such as a petroleum resin, terpene, or rosin. Based on the sum of ingredients A, B, and C, the amounts of ingredients A, B, and C are 90-20 wt.%, 5-40 wt.%, and 5-40 wt.%, respectively, and the amount of ingredient D added is 0-10 pts.wt.
