The invention provides a portable seat cushion 10 for use in a sauna or steam bath. The cushion 10 includes an upper surface 12 which is shaped and dimensioned to receive, in use, buttocks and male genitalia of a user of the cushion 10. The cushion 10 also includes a lower surface (not shown) shaped and dimensioned to correspond to the upper surface 12, and cushioning (not shown) between the upper surface 12 and the lower surface. The lower surface is made from a substantially liquid impermeable substance having a high friction coefficient so as to limit, in use, sliding of the lower surface when in contact with a surface having a low friction coefficient. |
