PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a speed in the case of printing from a platemaking operation even in the case of selecting the platemaking operation in a state in which a delivery paper fence is disposed at a tilted down position. SOLUTION: A stencil printer comprises a delivery paper base for placing a delivered printing sheet, the delivery paper fence provided on the base and transferable between an erected position for specifying a placing position of the delivered printing sheet and the tilted down position impossible to specify the placing position of the printing sheet, a fence-tilted-down detection sensor for detecting whether the fence is disposed at the upright position or the tilted- down-position, and an output means for outputting an alarm of an error when the platemaking operation or the printing operation is selected in a state in which the tilted-down-position of the fence is detected by the sensor. |
