PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive controller for ink jet head of such a type as one pixel is formed by ejecting ink liquid drops a plurality of times in which record quality does not deteriorate even when the environmental temperature is varies. SOLUTION: The drive controller 1 for an ink jet head 100 sets the number of pulses per pixel depending on the environmental temperature and controls the number of times for ejecting ink to stabilize ejection of ink liquid drop.
