PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based resin sheet suitable for packaging or transporting the parts of electronic gears, and also hardly generating a casting roll soiling on its extrusion molding and/or metal mold soiling on its thermoforming, and its formed product. SOLUTION: This polyester-based resin sheet containing (a) the polyester- based resin consisting of an ethylene terephthalate unit as a main component and (b) a polyolefin-based resin and/or polyamide-based resin, and having 0.1 ppb to 10 wt.% ratio of the component (b) to the total amount of the components (a) and (b), is provided by having 0.60-1.30 dl/g intrinsic viscosity and <=0.6 wt.% oligomer (a cyclic trimer) content, containing A ppm germanium metal and also showing 0-0.12 T expressed by the following formula (1) by taking the oligomer content of the molten material obtained by melting the polyester-based resin-containing sheet at 290 deg.C for 30 min. as F wt.%, while taking the oligomer content in the above polyester-based sheet before melting as S wt.% T=(F-S)×exp(1/A)...(I).
