PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the impairing of the air-conditioning feeling even when an occupant can not set the desired air blowing-off quantity in an air conditioning controller for a vehicle capable of correcting the blowing-off controlling characteristic based on the manual setting of the air blowing-off quantity. SOLUTION: The impairing of the air conditioning feeling caused by the erroneous learning can be prevented by correcting the air blowing-off controlling characteristic to prevent the manually set information in the former operation from having the bad influence on the present learning result in a case when the target blowing-off temperature difference between a target blow-off temperature TAO in the former manual setting and a target blow-off temperature TAO in the present manual setting is below a predetermined value (that is, in a case when it is presumed that the occupant could not set the desired air quantity in the former operation).
