PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip permitting easily the insertion of a document or the like by only pulling out the tip end of an insertion piece pinched by a coiled ring. SOLUTION: The annular clip is constituted so that a document or the like can be inserted by only pulling out the tip ends of the same even though the same is pinched by the coiled ring by a method wherein the insertion piece, consisting of two sheets of U-shaped pieces, is provided on the tip ends of the same with cambered surfaces far opening the tip end parts of the same.
