PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gripper device miniaturized, reduced in weight and simplified in structure to reduce a manufacturing cost and working man-hours. SOLUTION: This gripper device is provided with a shaft member 5 for supporting an article grip part 4; a double acting air cylinder 6 having a piston member 13 mounted in an externally fitted state to the base end side part of the shaft member 5 and not moving relative to the shaft member 5, and a cylinder body 14 movable in the axis direction of the shaft member 5; a cylindrical body 7 movably fitted to the outer periphery of the tip side part of the shaft member 5 and moving integrally with the cylinder body 14; and a plurality of parallel link mechanisms 8 connecting a plurality of grip members 2 of the article grip part 4 respectively to the cylindrical body 7.
