PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an internal tooth forged product by using a cold-forging with which precision of tooth-profile can be improved by restraining the deformation such as enlarging of the opening part in a cylindrical part. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the internal tooth forged product having the cylindrical part, on the inner surface of which the tooth profile surface having an uneven shape is formed the tooth profile surface is formed in the inner surface of the cylindrical part 2 by applying the cold forging to the performed cylindrical part 2. Further, an ironing is applied to the cylindrical part 2 and this ironing is performed so as to change the ironing rate in the axial direction.
