PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthesis attachment having excellent mounting property and hardly occurring discrepancy between a magnet structure body and a keeper. SOLUTION: This prosthesis attachment has a magnet apparatus 1 exhibiting magnetic attracting force, and the keeper 2 attracted to the magnet device 1. The keeper 2 has a projecting part 21 of projecting shape and an attracted surface 211 at the upper face of the projecting part 21. The magnet device 1 has the magnet structure body 11 formed by building a permanent magnet 14 therein and having an attracting surface 112, and a nonmagnetic guide ring part 12 formed of a nonmagnetic substance disposed at the side peripheral surface of the magnet structure body 11. A recessed part 120 fittable to the projecting part 21 of the keeper 2 is formed by the nonmagnetic guide ring part 12 and the attracted surface 211.
