PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return to the original position a pushbar to push out a stick-shaped cosmetic material by installing a cartridge of a cartridge holder for pulling out stick-shaped cosmetic material on a holder main body. SOLUTION: A male screw thread section 55 axially formed on a bar shaft 53 of the pushbar 50 is threaded through and engaged with a female screw thread section 42 in the holder main body 4, while a synchronous engaging section 52 is provided on a section with a big diameter 51 on the front part of the pushbar. A cartridge 2 has a core zipper member 20 inserted, the front end of which constitutes a cosmetic material holding section 21 and the pushbar 50 returns to the utmost limit pushed by the rear end surface 24 of the core zipper member 20 continually biased backward by a spring 3. Moreover an engaging projection 27 of the cartridge is rotatably engaged with an annular concave section 41 of the holder main body 4, while an engaging thread section 25 of the inner diameter of the cartridge is splinely engaged with the synchronous engaging section 52 of the pushbar.
