PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat capable of using the back surface of a seat back as a table by falling the seat back forward in addition to the switching of the seat to a forward seating state, a full flat state, a backward seating state, and a housing state. SOLUTION: This seat 10 comprises a seat cushion 14 tiltably mounted on a seat support base 13, a swing arm 44 tiltably mounted on the seat support base 13, and a seat back 15 foldably mounted on the swing arm 44. The rotating center of the seat cushion 14 is a first pivot P1, the rotating center of the swing arm 44 is a second pivot P2, and the rotating center of the seat back 15 is a third pivot P3. The third pivot P3 is arranged so as to be above the first pivot and second pivot when the seat back 15 is laid in a raised state. The seat back 15 can be fallen and superposed on the seat cushion 14 laid in a horizontal state.
