Method involves condensation of pentapeptide of the formula: Z-Thr(But)-Glu(But)-Lys(Boc)-Lys(Boc)-Arg-OH with nonapeptide of the formula: Arg-Glu(But)-Thr(But)-VAl-Glu(But)-Arg-Glu(But)- Lys(Boc)-Glu(But)-OBut followed by removal of protective groups in synthesized semiproduct and preparing the end product.
