PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prohibit the actuation of a dump cylinder, when a hook arm is stopped halfway through the swinging. SOLUTION: When the hook arm is swung rearward in unloading a container and stopped without exceeding an engagement region of a container lock mechanism, a first monitor means 21a is turned off to interrupt the energization to a solenoid a1 on a dump and prohibit the actuation of the dump cylinder. This constitution can prohibit the swinging operation of a middle frame link with the actuation of the dump cylinder so as to surely prevent the dump actuation.
