PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an armrest part with operating means independent from a seat, and vertically, longitudinally and laterally adjust the position of the armrest part according to the build of an operator. SOLUTION: This armrest-type operating device for vehicle comprises the armrest part 13 arranged on the side of the seat 12 and an operating means 14 for operating a vehicular apparatus. The armrest part 13 is supported by a lifting support mechanism 21 equipped with a locking means 20 and a horizontal support mechanism 23 equipped with a fixing means 22 so as to be vertically, longitudinally, and laterally adjustable.
